Help CenterIf you fund your account by credit card, then make a profit and would like to withdraw funds: the original amount deposited by credit card will be refunded to the same card first and profit will be sent to a nominated bank account by bank wire transfer or other available withdrawal options.
Log on to the Client portal > go to "Withdraw" tab > Select the Trading Account that you have funded with via credit/ debit card > select "Credit Card" as withdrawal option:
Enter the amount that you wish to withdraw from your Trading Account then hit "Withdraw" button.
Note: The allowable withdrawable amount is displayed as long as the 120-day policy for CC fundings has not passed. Additionally, note that card withdrawal should always be requested from the trading account that was funded via this method.
