How Are Withdrawal Requests processed?

At Afterprime, we strive to process all withdrawal requests in a timely and efficient manner. Our priority is to ensure that clients receive their funds as quickly as possible while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards. Below is an overview of our withdrawal process:

1. Cut-off Time for Withdrawal Requests

All withdrawal requests must be submitted before 11 AM Sydney time (business hours) to be included in the same day’s processing cycle. Requests made after this time will be processed on the next business day (no weekend processing).

2. Review & Assessment

Once collected (after the cut-off time), all withdrawal requests undergo a standard assessment process to ensure compliance with our regulatory policies. This includes verifying client details, withdrawal limits, and trading/ transaction history.

3. Approval Process

If everything is in order, the request is forwarded to higher management for approval.

4. Processing & Payout

Once approved, withdrawals are processed in sequential order (FIFO – first in, first out), meaning the earliest requests are handled first.

5. Payment Provider Processing

Approved withdrawals are then processed through various payment provider back offices depending on the client’s selected withdrawal method. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider’s policies and banking procedures.

6. Expected Turnaround Time by Payment Method

Withdrawal Method Estimated Processing Time
International Bank Wire Transfer 3 to 5 business days
Credit/Debit Card 1 to 10 business days
E-wallets (Skrill/Neteller) Almost instant after successful processing
Cryptocurrency Same as e-wallets – near-instant after processing

7. Payout Timeline

We typically ensure that withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours after the cut-off time. However, certain external factors may affect the exact payout time, including:

  • Bank holidays and weekends – Processing delays may occur due to non-business days.

  • Payment provider processing times – Some payment gateways or banks may take longer to settle transactions.

  • Compliance reviews – If additional verification is required, the withdrawal may take longer to process.

  • Technical issues – Unexpected system downtimes from financial institutions or payment providers may cause delays.

Additional Notes:

  • Clients should ensure their withdrawal details are correct to avoid processing delays.
  • Once a withdrawal request has been fully processed, clients will receive a confirmation notification via email and the Client Portal (Account Statement).
