How do I open an Afterprime Account?

Afterprime operates on an invite-only basis. To create an account, you must have a valid invite code.

Step 1: Get an invite code

There are two ways to obtain an invite code:

1. From an existing Afterprime client
   Existing clients can share an invite code with you directly.

2. Request an invite via the website
   Visit the main Afterprime website and click Request an invite.
   Complete the short questionnaire. If your application is approved, an invite code will be sent to you by email.

Step 2: Open the registration page

Once you have an invite code, navigate to the Afterprime website and click "Enter Invite Code"

Step 3: Create your account

1. Enter your email address

2. Create a strong password

3. Select your country of residence from the drop-down menu

4. Enter your invite code when prompted

5. Click Create account

After completing these steps, your Afterprime account will be created and you can proceed with the onboarding process.

Step 4: VERIFY TO SET-UP YOR TRADING ACCOUNT

Check your email inbox to verify your application.

Click on the "Verify Email" button. Once verified, you will be redirected to the next page to set-up your  trading account. 

Step 5: KYC

Follow the prompts and KYC steps.

 Step 6:

It is important to read the declaration, PDS and FST prior to accepting the declaration.

Step 7:

Identity verification is done in the form of uploading documents that will be used to verify you. The documents that you must upload include the following:

A. Proof of Identity - A copy of an official government issued Photo ID that contains the client's name, date of birth, photo and signature. Examples include, non-expired or must be valid for at least six (6) months at the time of application:

- Passport

- Driver's License

 -National ID

- Voter's ID

Please note: The Proof of ID document name needs to match the clients account name. 

B.  Proof of address - This document must contain your full name and address and be issued within the last 6 (six) months.

Examples of this include:

 - A bank statement

- Utility billing statement (electricity, water, wired internet, landline phone)

- Driver's License (can be accepted if not submitted as proof of ID)

 Please note: P.O Box addresses or addresses that aren't directed to the applicant are not accepted as Proof of Residence documents.

Step 8:

 Upload your Proof of Address document.

Please note that screenshots, mobile phone bills, medical bills, receipts for purchases and insurance statements are not accepted. Please also note that if the image is unclear, it will not pass the system check.

Step 9:

Our system will conduct verification of your identity and documents and either approve you on the spot or advise you for amendments to the documents you have uploaded.

Step 10:

If all your documents are in order and the information matches that which you have input in the required fields, your account will be approved.

 Step 11:

If you have made it this far, your application is now complete, Hurray! 🥳 Your account is ready for funding anytime.
