How to Set Up Custom Indicators in MT5

Adding Built-in Indicators

1. Go to Insert > Indicators.

2. Choose from Trend, Oscillators, or Volume-based indicators.

Installing Custom Indicators

1. Download the .ex5 or .mq5 file of the custom indicator.

2. Open MT5, go to File > Open Data Folder.

3. Navigate to MQL5 > Indicators and paste the file.

4. Restart MT5 and find the indicator under Navigator > Indicators.
