At Afterprime, we aim to process all withdrawal requests efficiently while ensuring security and compliance with regulations. Below is a step-by-step guide on how international bank wire withdrawals are processed and what to expect:

1. Submission of Withdrawal Request

  • Clients submit a withdrawal request via the Client Portal.

  • Ensure that the banking details provided are correct and match the registered account holder’s name.

  • The cut-off time for processing is 11:00 AM Sydney Time (business hours). Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day (no weekend processing).

2. Collection & Internal Review

  • After the cut-off time, all withdrawal requests are compiled and reviewed.

  • The Payments team checks for any discrepancies or missing information.

  • Requests are assessed based on compliance with company policies, including verification of account funding sources and transaction history.

3. Approval Process

  • If everything is in order, the withdrawal request is sent for final approval by senior management.

  • In case of any discrepancies, additional verification may be required, and clients will be contacted via email.

4. Processing & Bank Submission

  • Once approved, the withdrawal request is processed and submitted to our banking partners.

  • International bank wires are subject to intermediary bank processing times, which may vary.

5. Turnaround Time & Expected Arrival

  • Standard processing time for international bank wire withdrawals is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the receiving bank and intermediary institutions.

  • Factors such as public holidays, bank cut-off times, and additional compliance checks by the receiving bank may impact the final crediting time.

6. Tracking & Follow-up

  • Clients will receive an email confirmation once their withdrawal has been processed.

  • If the funds are not received within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with the receiving bank first before reaching out to our support team.

  • Whilst we cover/ shoulder the fees when sending off your funds, any additional bank charges imposed by intermediary banks are beyond our control and may affect the final received amount.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure your bank details are accurate to prevent delays or rejections.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts in the same name as your trading account.

  • Some banks may require additional verification before crediting the funds.
