The cut-off time for processing is 11:00 AM Sydney Time (business hours). Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day (no weekend processing).
2. Collection & Internal Review

After the cut-off time, all withdrawal requests are compiled and reviewed.

The Payments team checks for any discrepancies or missing information.

Requests are assessed based on compliance with company policies, including verification of account funding sources and transaction history.
3. Approval Process

If everything is in order, the withdrawal request is sent for final approval by senior management.

4. Processing & Bank Submission

Once approved, the withdrawal request is processed and submitted to our banking partners.
