MT5 "Invalid Account" Error – How to Fix It?

Possible Reasons:

  • Incorrect login credentials

  • Account expired 

  • Using the wrong server

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Re-enter Your Login Details

    • Go to File > Login to Trade Account and make sure the account number, password, and server are correct.

  2. Check If Your Account Is Active

    • Demo accounts expire after 30 days of inactivity.

    • Live accounts are auto-archived if left unfunded or detected with no activity (login activity) after 90 days from account creation.

  3. Check the Server

    • Ensure that you are connected to our server : Afterprime-Live.

  4. Reset Your Password

    • If you forgot your password, reset it via the client portal.

💡 Tip: For live accounts, make sure your account is fully verified and has enough funds to trade.
